Hey guys! So this recipe is the same as last week’s peach pie cups. I had leftover jam and dough so I made these babies.
The crust is really soft and flaky. Really surprising for a store-bought dough! This is incredibly simple. You just need 2-ingredients, as long as you have them on hand, of course. These are great for breakfast with a hot mug of tea or a sweet treat during the day.
Peach Hand Pies Recipe
- 1/2 of a container of Pillsbury Gluten-Free Pie and Pastry Crust
- peach jam
Knead the dough on a floured surface. Roll it out so its about 1/4 of an inch thick. Cut with a circle shaped cookie cutter. Place dough circles on a greased pan. Put half a teaspoon of jam on each. Roll out more dough and cut into circles again. Place those on top of the jam ones and pinch the edges. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Then rotate and bake another 10-12 minutes.
